The company ALPHA GEFSI EDESMATA SA, incorporated 1998 in Katerini, is producing traditional salads and ice-cream made of fresh milk.

Some of our basic ingredients are feta cheese, mizithra cheese made of sheep milk, soja oil, fresh pasteurized egg yolk , fresh potatoes, fresh vegetables, fresh cucumbers, strained yogurt, baked eggplants etc.
The excellent quality and the taste of our products gained immediately our customers favourite choice and today our company is distributing its products not only in Katerini, Athens and Thessaloniki but also in many other Greek cities. In Athens we are cooperating with Mega-Markets and Cash-and-Carry companies with a wide supplier`s network all over Greece.
Our products in short time period succeeded to win the consumer's preference and today they have a leading position in Cash-and-Carry shelves. We are exporting also to Germany and Italy.
